Psychological Coaches

At Blue Door we have psychological coaches who specialise in supporting adults, young adults and children. Our coaches are here to support you or your child outside of the therapy room. Their aim is to help you overcome any struggles or complexities you might have in your everyday life and support you in leading a more fulfilling lifestyle. They work closely with your/ or your child’s therapist to assist putting therapeutic ideas into action in your life, not just in the therapy room.

We offer a wide range of support and our coaches all have a background in psychology, coaching or are psychotherapists in training. Post an online initial meeting the coach will visit you in your home, in our consulting rooms or anywhere that you feel comfortable meeting. They can also offer anything from an hour’s support to whole day’s support depending on needs.
