Anna Kalmar

Therapeutic Coach and Certified ADHD Coach

I have a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing my doctorate in the field. I am fluent in English, French, and Hungarian, allowing me to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I have gained experiences working as a trainee at a psychiatric facility and in hospice care. I've dealt with difficult cases and developed a deep understanding of how to support people in their time of need. Additionally, my psychology internship with individuals suffering from Cystic Fibrosis has given me a unique perspective on working with people dealing with chronic illness. Working in both the NHS and private sector has broadened my understanding of mental health and the diverse challenges faced by individuals seeking mental health support.

As a coach, I excel in listening and offering a safe space for individuals with any kind of issues, such as self-esteem, communication skills, reflective skills, and ADHD. With the rising diagnoses of ADHD, I am dedicated to helping individuals learn how to manage their day-to-day lives for better long-term health. My relational approach is tailored to each individual's age, interests, and needs, encouraging learning and creating physical and psychological development. Overall, I am patient, empathetic, and non-judgmental, and I provide a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while equipping them with essential skills to thrive in today's world, especially when dealing with ADHD.
